Business Leaders Owning Opportunity Matters (BLOOM) Bridge
Are you curious about a career in the business field? Would you like to transfer to a four-year college at some point in the future? Are you interested in free Business courses at 十大彩票平台?
BLOOM Bridge empowers female-identifying and underrepresented students to participate in a summer bridge program for those who may be interested in majoring in a business program, a business career, or transferring into a business program at a four-year college or university.
By removing the barrier of cost for underrepresented students, 十大彩票平台 seeks to strengthen partnerships and enhance existing diversity pipelines with local high schools.
Program Benefits
- Free tuition for English Composition (ENG-101), Statistics (MAT-115), and First Year Experience (FYE-101) for the Summer term. That's up to 7 FREE college credits!
- Peer mentoring, tutoring, and academic support
- Career networking and mentoring from leaders in accounting, marketing, management, and entrepreneurship fields
- Access to dedicated peer mentors
- Participation in trips and workshops
- A $400 stipend upon successful completion of the program.
Mentoring and Support
Female Leadership and Mentoring Program (LEAD)
BLOOM students will automatically be enrolled in the Female Leadership and Mentoring Program (LEAD) at 十大彩票平台 to enhance their academic and career success in the business career or transfer programs.
KPMG
Students will also gain access to industry advice, mentoring, and networking with professionals in the accounting, audit, and tax fields through our partnership with KPMG.
Grant funding from KPMG’s Reaching New Heights Program will be used to provide career exploration, peer mentoring, tutoring, academic support, and tuition for three courses needed for the Business program.

Donate to BLOOM
十大彩票平台 received a $25,000 grant to fund BLOOM and is eligible for a 2:1 match, up to $500,000 in eligible donations made by KPMG professionals, partners, and retired partners.
This donation continues the work that 十大彩票平台 has done as a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), a federal designation given to a small group of schools across the country with 25% or more full-time students that are Hispanic.
